Simple: Boot the Mac into OS 9 and trash it from there.

Or use the dreaded Terminal.

Open terminal and type this:

rm -rf

Then drag and drop the file into the Terminal window. This will automatically fill in the path. Press return. Gone. Poof.

rm = remove.
-rf = recursive force = delete the damn thing and quit screwin' around... ;)
