Apparently you're talking about using the email feature of Netscape. Try
downloading Netscape 7.02 That might do the trick. I'm using 7.02 on my
Beige G3 w/ OS 9.2.2 I use Outlook for mail though. I just tried writing a
sentence w/ misspellings in Netscape and spellcheck worked fine.
A funny thing I noticed the other day though, was I tried to run my
Encyclopedia Britannica CD (1998) which I hadn't used for a while, and it
wouldn't find the articles. Tried deleting and reinstalling the
encyclopedia- same thing. It uses Netscape to operate- when I changed the
Netscape it used to 4.78, which I had saved, it runs fine. It also has a
Netscape version on the disk, in case you need it but the installer had told
me I didn't need it. Guess you cant teach a new dog old tricks sometimes.
