Since the media you used was a DVD-R it is a "burn once" proposition. You won't get an option for a multiple burn session unless you are using a DVD-RW. CD-Rs and CD-RWs are the same deal. CD-R = burn once; CD-RW = burn (multiple sessions depending on burning s/w) and erase.

I am surprised it didn't mount in your PC. Perhaps check the Toast prefs for ISO 9660 setting...
