Thanks for your advise (Martin) and all others, found this page in LEM: http://www.bekkoame.ne.jp/~t-imai/g3ae1.html I changed the jumpers for the CPU clock and it runs now with 366 MHz I have not changed the BUS clock, it still runs at 66 MHz. The temperature for the CPU is 35 C, same like before with the 266 CPU. I think it would be possible to overclock the BUS that it would run with 400 MHz. MacBench 4 gave me with the 266 CPU 831, with the 366 CPU settings I get 1115.
