Hi Stephanie,

Which firmware upgrade did you install on your machine? The 1.1 update from
apple, or the one from sonnet?

The reason I say this is that if you did not previously update the B&W's
firmware with apple's updater (from 1.0 to 1.1), but still used sonnets
updater, that may be the cause of the problem.  I know this is a bit weak,
as I do not know if the sonnet upgrade completely re-writes the firmware or
just patches it (I believe the latter).

My recommendation would be to upgrade the firmware to 1.1 from apple, then
re-update it from sonnet, then try the processor
again. The sonnet upgrade is needed because apple disabled G4 chips in the
B&W's in ver1.1 (lots of outrage about this).

If that doesn't work, try re-installing 9.2 and 10.2, G4's need some
extensions that are installed when they are detected (this usually however
applies to OEM G4's, the sonnet should have come with the necessary
software), nevertheless, it may rectify it.
