On my G3 AIO, when I tried to copy large files to that share the machine would lock up. Something like black dithered screen, white rectangle in the center with black text instructing you to restart your computer. Of course the text and whit square are also under the dithering, so I can't tell exactly what it says.
I'm not sure if it is my 10/100 NIC (Realtek 8139) or the program, so for the moment I do not have it installed. When I have some free time, I'll remvoe the card and try again.
