I was faced with the same thing with Camino and Safari. I found a tool on versiontracker.com to do it. When I saw this email I went back to look for something else and found this:

export bookmarks to anything... pretty cool...

I would like to add all my Safari bookmarks to Mozilla.
It seems the only way to do so is by exporting my Safari bookmarks as
an HTML file, then importing them into Mozilla.
I checked Safari Help but it doesn't say anything about exporting.
Does anyone know how I can transfer the bookmarks easily?

Thanks,
