griffintechnology.com also has them.  just make sure it's for a mac monitor on a vga 
card,
not the other way around (which are far more common and cheaper, but they have the 
wrong
gender of connnectors, i.e. female and male swapped).  you need a male connector on the
vga end and female on the mac monitor end.
