I have a G3MT with 358MB running 10.2.6. Lately (like the past couple of weeks), when I've been working on it, it will seem that the mouse and the keyboard commands are not being "read" by whatever software I have open.

Is this my video? my ram? my keyboard?

Think horses not zebras first. Shutdown your Mac, remove the keyboard and mouse, then clean them...

I've been thinking it's my keyboard, but the last keyboard I "cleaned" doesn't work anymore. Are there instructions online somewhere that I could follow so I don't kill another keyboard (or maybe even tell me how to resurrect the old one)?

Don't go too overboard, this is just a first step toward debugging this problem.

Use a cotton swab and rubbing alcohol on the cable connectors. Make sure there's no fur or other debris under the keycaps - pull and clean under some if you need. Remove the mouse ball; clean it with warm water and a tiny tiny bit of hand soap, just to get the oils off. Clean the mouse rollers with a cotton swab and rubbing alcohol.
