Wallstreet and OS X?

I'm getting ready to trade one of my old PC laptops for a Wallstreet 
292mhz.  My question is I want to run OS X on this.  I heard OWC has 
something I can install and it will allow me run Panther on it.  I can't 
remember how much ram it has, not a whole lot, like 128 maybe.  I was 
going to add some ram to it, at least 512 total.

Will it run OS X OK?

I plan to upgrade the processor to a G4/500 later.
