OK, as some may have gathered from my iPhoto post earlier, although I've had OS X set up for a bit, I've not tweeked it much yet.
About the only shareware add-on I've put on is Windowshade X.
What else (freeware or shareware) are interface or other tweek/utils that people find indispensable in OS X? I'm still at 10.2.8 and won't be going to 10.3 for a while, although I like the idea of the speed increase that people talk about.
