Presuming you mean OS X's Mail application, it can simply be lifted from /Users/<youruser>/Library/Mail (i think that's right, I'm at work at the moment so i can't check!). Just pick the contents up and dump them in the same folder in your new Mail folder on the other partition. If you want all you accounts data etc. you will also need to copy /Users/<youruser>/Library/Prefernces/com.apple.mail.plist to the same place on the new partition.
