While Disc Burner may not support the drive, there are alternatives, like Roxio's Toast 6 which can be gotten from eBay for much less than retail. It's where I got my version of Toast 5 Lite for $15. DVD's offer more space for storage than do CDR's. Just a suggestion.

I intend to fit the internal Zip, Jaz, CDR and 2 68-pin SCSI HDs from my terminal 9600 into the B&W.
However a cursory look at the exterior appears to show that there is only one extra bay available to take a disc-drive. Is this correct, or will I be able to fit both Jaz and Zip in? Would I need a 68-pin SCSI controller (a PCI card, I assume) to take advantage of the faster potential of the 68-pin drives, as well as a 50-pin one for the disc-drives & CDR?
What will I need for this conversion?

As for your CDR I'd go buy an ATA CDRW that will be much faster and way cheaper than your current one. CDRW's have gone way under $100 these past few years.
