Hi Folks, I've been watching this thread. I needed a good audio -> MP3 encoder for my PC at the office, so I thought I'd try the Windoze version of the latest iTunes (since I have XP on it) - to my disappointment, this iTunes does not allow you to convert to MP3 - go figure. Best regards, Dana
