I've got my PowerBook G3...
Removed the 2G drive, installed a 6G. Installed 10.0, then 10.2.0 and updated online to 10.2.8 -- so far :
The machine arrived covered in yuck. Looked like dried jelly on the top and bottom of the unit. Scratches all over and a dent, I'm assuming from the clever and nimble folks at USPS.
It came with:
2G drive (replaced) 96mb of RAM (256 ordered and en route) No USB ports (Bummer) A dented Keyspan Firecard w/o a dongle
I'm gonna ask here - before I say how much I paid for it, would be a 'decent price' for this model. Wondering if I paid too much.
PS - Glad to be back and I've got a copy of Panther on the way too!!
