Hello All with Patience, I have a new problem to add to all my unsolved prior ones. Beige G-3 DT Rev-A Maxed out RAM and VRAM, 120 Mg Maxtor, upgraded Matshita CD-R/RW, Netscape 7.01.
In trying to see which CD I had, I tried to pry off (suggestion) the front. I did get enough to read the drive, but now cannot open the drive. Sort of gave up on that one. New, well about 3 weeks now. I cannot "send or reply" from my primary e-mail inbox. Each time I try, the system freezes. I am reading and writing to this list from Web Mail. That is a pain to say the least, I do not have access to my address book for starters. I have deleted all the netscape preferences I could find. I have reinstalled Netscape, nothing has worked. What dynamics can be causing the system to freeze? I sent some spam to spamcop by copying from my inbox and copying it onto Web Mails "compose" sent it from there. Got the initial reply in my normal inbox and without thinking completed it and clicked the link to send from within that form. It went with no problem at all. Does that give anyone a clue?
