You have two options I can think of off the top of my head. You may want to consider Photoshop Elements. As a .mac member, I have access to free and special deal software. It's not on the .mac page any longer, but I downloaded a piece of s/w called PhotoStudio. It's very similar to Photoshop Elements. Email me off list if you want details about PhotoStudio.
