I acquired a Formac ProTV card from an estate auction. It hadn't been registered, according to the seller, due to the death of the former owner. It came in the original box, but the manual and software were missing.
The Formac site is worthless, as this product is not even listed as one of theirs. I cannot get in to ask about it unless I can first register it, and I cannot register it because only the listed products can be registered. No options are offered except a drop-box e-mail address. Unless I can get some help, this card is going into the trash. I won't be doing business with this company in the future, unless they offer some kind of support. Any help ?
