Never don't be in a hurry with trashing (I'm speaking about comp.stuff only now!). I've such a card too. Their sw is miserable and therefore this project died. However, my card is still very useable with some patience. My card came from Germany (and I believe all of them did). And that's even the problem: www.formac.com leads you to the US-site which is worthless for this card.
