B&W G3s didn't come with Restore CDs and Hardware Test CDs etc, they just came with an OS installation CD, at least my Rev.1 did in '99. It came with a special OS 8.5.1 Installation CD, could be that the Rev.2s came with a special OS 8.6 CD. I say this because a friend of mine bought a B&W G3 which came with an OS 8.6 CD, but at that time I wasn't aware of the revision differences so can't tell you for sure if it was a Rev.2.
