B&W G-3 Questions

i looks as though i will soon be getting a couple of B&W G-3's i read 
about the rev 1 and 2 Motherboards but  I have a question about the 
IDE/ATA bus. Do these machines suffer from the 137GB limit like the 
older iMacs and Beige G-3's? What speed are they?
