I didn't post anything in response to the first email 'cos of the last name match :) but no, there's really not much that she said in either email that is correct re: this issue.


Most webmail users (either Mac or Windows) will only see the first, small, non-useful attachment; at least PC users using a desktop mail client will see both, and can access the "right" one.
