LaCie do a 18" TFT Called the Photonvision, its cheaper than a 17" Apple Studio Display and has the added advantage of being VESA compatible so you can stick it on any armature you like. Picture quality is excellent and it seems to me colour is far more vibrant on the LaCie display than the Apple one. LaCie Photonvision comes with VGA & DVI connections no ADC.
