The only thing I can >suggest is Terra Soft's support page for Yellow Dog Linux: >http://www.yellowdoglinux.com/support > Sony 140s? How good it is to here someone else has this beast. I bought one recently, with a Tekram DC-315 card, the instal of both card and sony was cool! SCSI prob see's it all but the drive don't see any media I insert? It did play a cd once but on restart it was no longer there? On reading the manual that came with it, the instruction that I should "earth it" I haven't tried yet, being too digusted with the thing. Did you need a seperate earth? I have a beige G3 with a Adaptec card, have try'd both it and the Tekram and the Adaptec cards but neither do I have any joy with. should I try a seperate earth? Any response is welcome, I'm a long way from computer civilization. fluff
