My basic rule of thumb with Classic apps is simple: When in doubt boot to OS 9 to install OS 9 apps. Classic is nice and all, but it sometimes can't handle complicated tasks like installs. My $.02.

Wonder if anyone has had an experience installing Clarisworks 5.0 in
following situation:

Am running 10.3.4 with 9.2.2 in Classic mode. The installer launches in Mac
Classic mode and goes through it's paces until the final "install" button is
clicked when it comes up saying:

"An error occurred that prevented the installation from completing."

Any/all help appreciated.

Thanks,

Glenn
