I have some questions about the following Mac which I just acquired.

        B&W G3/450
        128 MB RAM
        SCSI card (68 pin connectors)
9GB SCSI internal IBM HD (#309170)

(1) I want to add 3 x 256MB RAM modules. Is there any advantage of getting PC-133 rather than PC-100?

Nothing IMHO, only advantage is that PC133 is cheaper. I have 3x256MB PC133 CAS2 in my B&W G3.
I advise you when installing the new to buy memory to install the standard 128MB in memory slot 4, and the faster 3x256MB DIMMs in the first three slots.

(2) Last year I bought the following SCSI drive to install in a PM9500.

        9GB IBM UltraStar 36LP
        7200RPM 6.8MS 4MB Buffer
        Low Profile UltraSCSI 50 Pin
                (80 to 50 adapted).

Can I move this SCSI HD to the B&W G3, (presumably with a different adapter)?

Guess so, looking at the specs you need a 80 pin to 68 pin adapter; using Google I even found a 80 pin to 68 pin or 50 pin adapter so that if 80 to 68 doesn't work you can leave the 80 to 50 adapter on it and connect the 50 to the 68 pins.

If I connect my SCSI Zip and Jaz drives to the external SCSI port, will it reduce the speed of the internal HDs unacceptably?

IIRC speed will reduce, but how, I don't know.

(3) Can I add an ATA drive to this G3 that already has a SCSI drive?

Yes, no problem.

(4) Do I have to make an 8GB partition to install Panther?

No the 8GB limitation does not apply to the B&W G3 at all: http://docs.info.apple.com/article.html?artnum=106235

FYI:
Since you have a B&W G3 450, assuming that it is not an overclocked 400MHz, it is most likely a Rev2.
