See no reason you couldn't run 10.3.4. Of course more ram couldn't hurt you at all.
My B&W has
XLR8 G4-450 ZIF
1GB ram
120GB HD master (3 partitions - #1 with 9.2.2)
60GB HD slave (single partition - with 10.3.4)
Original ATI Rage 128 video card
