Well first off:
Replace the 6400 board with a 6500 series.
L2/G3 processor upgrade
Radeon 7000 PCI video card.
But remember the ram ceiling when weighing the costs of upgrading this
machine... I have a 6500/250 w/maxed out ram and onboard video and it is a
real nice machine for everyday use.. Even next to my G3's, it's still nice
to use..
