Adobe Premier, though not free, has a filter that will rotate video clips. Not sure about FCP or Final Cut Express.

I recently took a 2 minute video footage of my daughter using my digital camera. I was able to download the file and view it as an .avi file. However I noticed that the way I took the footage (i.e. the position of the camera) caused it to be viewed sideways. That is the footage is "standing" on end so one would have to view it by turning one's head to the side.
Is there any program out there (preferably free) that I could use to ROTATE the footage so that it can viewed properly? I've tried iMovie and there's no option that allows one to rotate film.
Thanks in advance!
