Rich, are you enlarging 320x240 up to 640x480? Can you tell me the dimensions of your source and final and have you done any of the enlarged onto VCD or DVD? If so, how does that look? And what kind of digi cam are you using?

Final Cut should do it too.  I use my still camera a lot for video.  I use Final
Cut to enlarge the image to full screen as well.  In the motion menu the scale
requires 225% and it looks great.  Should be able to rotate it there too.
