OK, if you have DSL, you can still use your phone lines for a fax. The DSL that I have had supplied you with filters for your phone lines. Get a splitter plug DSL line directly into it and on the other side, put filter and phone line from your computer. The fax will work perfectly setup that way. I've done it before, it does work.
