I have a LinkSys cable modem - performs wonderfully; I here Toshiba and RCA
are good also. Many of your selections do both, though beware: the USB
option may have Windoze-only drivers.

operation, make sure your ISP is serving via "dynamic" connection (DHCP),
which just about all cable services are.

Take advantage of the available power and get a router for your future other

We have used Comcast since it was offered here, some 3+ years ago. Had some
issues at first (mostly a burgeoning clientele population with too few
servers, and I believe, online amplifiers), but they have been consistently
competent for many a day - I think OS X helped THEM a lot!
