Case Solved.
Would you believe I had two bad G3 processors and one bad motherboard. After swapping out the Power Supply, Motherboard, two G3 processors, ram, etc, I tried one last thing. I had a 3rd G3 processor. I popped that baby in, and boom I heard the famous Apple Bong. Never in my life, have I had to go through so much trouble to resurrect a computer. But hey, I installed Panther, and now my Girlfriend will get her Mac.
