Basically the way it seems is that when there is no activity I get logged off.
I've spoken to the ISP (Telia) and they say they can't do anything... :o(
There must be something or some software one can use.
Idle-hangups come from two sources: 1. the ISP - rare, but some do it. 2. your computer, most likely.
Check the settings in Remote Access etc.
Or use a stand-alone NAT Routers with a built-in keep-alive pinger.
Or run a continuous ping from your computer... Just ping your gateway or another close-by point once a minute...
