I just reformatted the HD and reinstalled 10.3.5 on my B&W.
Now, when I try to configure the preference panes, a finder window opens and the panes look like folders.
Can anyone tell me what I may have done wrong and how I can fix it?
Sorry, I just found my problem. The System Preferences app was somehow not installed in the Applications folder. I put it in there and now everything works. Sorry.
