We all know how bad Micro$oft are (have been ?) at adhering to Apple's programming specifications, but IMO it now seems that Adobe is just as bad, though this may be connected with their preference for the Windoze platform overall the way they're dropping apps for the Mac platform.
I am talking about the Adobe apps' inability to hide.
When I have a number of apps active, i.e. not hidden and I go to hide say Acrobat, or Illustrator, nothing happens. I have to switch app and do hide others for Illustrator to hide, whereas Acrobat won't even do that properly.
I have X.3.5
