do any drives spin up?  check to see if there's any power coming from the power supply 
or
if it's fan is on.  it sounds more like a power supply problem, the board would have 
to be
very dead not to turn on the power supply, though it's possible.  xlr8yourmac.com may 
have
the pinout for the power supply, in which case you can try to hot wire it to turn it 
on,
that's the next thing i'd try to see if the power supply or logic board were the 
problem
(or problems).
