I am building a PC into my B&W G3 case and I want it to seems as much of a Mac as possible.

It's not possible.
Google "XP aqua skin" for many, many Aqua based visual themes for XP. If you plan on using an earlier build of Windows, google stardoc and get their theming app plus widget set, etc. Might be worth looking at for XP as well if you want konfabulator style addons.
