By coincidence I have just opened up my Server G4 to replace the
original DVD-RAM drive with a SuperDrive.  I simply blew away all the
dust with "air in a can."  I would not stick the chute of a vacuum
cleaner near the electronic components.  Just do not use a cloth or
tissue to wipe.
