I have been wrestling with a friends wireless network recently. It
includes a G4 and two PC's, both recent models ; one a Dell the other a
Sony Vaio. The problem is the second PC won't allow browsing. The system
is fine on an ethernet cable. It would appear that "NAT" is not working on
the Airport (it has two ethernet ports) Now their account with Comcast has
a hi-speed line and then they pay for a second line as well. It's possible
they are being given the two and for some reason, I can't get the Network
Address Translation to function. The reluctant PC has a D-Link ethernet
Bridge hooked up and I can see the IP address from the Airport on it but
thats it!

Your description is a bit muddy. You're saying they have ComcastHSI service connected to an Airport? The G4 and Dell are connected wirelessly thru the Airport, and working fine?

"Now their account with Comcast has a hi-speed line and then they pay for a second line as well." You mean they've had a 2nd coax drop with a 2nd cable modem, run to their home (an additional $40+/month)? Or are you saying they're paying for a 2nd IP address allocation (an additional $8/mo)?

On the Vaio... Set it up for wireless access. Physically remove the wired connection. Make sure its firewall is NOT blocking the Airport's DHCP responses over that wireless interface. Then go to the DOS/cmd window and do an ipconfig/all. Show me the complete results of that command.
