>From what you said I gather that you switched the decoder board from one
card to the other.  I would try just swapping the cards, and leaving the
decoder on its original card.  As far as the DVD drive I know not all CD
and DVD drives are Mac bootable, that one may not be.  Is it a original
Apple OEM drive or a replacement?  Have you tried zapping the PRAM and
pushing the CUDA button?
