Yes. The cards look slightly different but have the same revision, but I did swap the add-on card and when I took it off it worked again. Seems the card that came without is not compatible with the board that came with the other card... ---
I would try just swapping the cards, and leaving the decoder on its original card.
Yes, quite right. I put the DVD decoder back on the original ATI card and it works fine. Obviously there is some difference between the two cards.
