Hi Bruce, Somehow my replies with the complet error log gets rejected by the list. I have formattet, verified, repaire, and also doena clean install. not once but 7times. in fact i am running an eight attempt as i am typing this. the first error is a bootstrap_look_ up error. An a could not read file arror comes on the moment processing base system part 2 begins. If you want i can send the error mlog to your email id.. As I said the list is rejeting my mail with the entire error message. BTW all this access is from a pc. I want to switch over to mac. and so any help is appreciated. regards aravind
