Thanks to All, but the problem is solved.  Thanks to a tip
I found on the MacUser forum. 

The resurrection process is as follows:
1. Remove the CPU, all PCI cards, and (to minimize the
number of variables) all but one memory DIMM.
2. Disconnect any hard drive cables.
3. Power up the machine.  You may or may not hear three
beeps from the speaker.
4. Power down and reinstall everything.
5. Power up again, and the machine should boot normally.

Apparently this "dead motherboard" syndrome affects systems
with higher-than-the-original-clock-speed CPUs, and this
process forces the system ROM to recalibrate the speed of
the installed CPU.
