FWIW, 10.3.7 has been released. I have installed it on my 933 MHz upgraded Digital Audio and so far (3 minutes since reboot) I have not let any of the magic smoke out of anything.
According to xbench, the graphics are a little faster, but I have not played with it for long enough to notice any difference. Xbench says anywhere from a 6% performance decrease (Open GL graphics spinning squares test) to 105% increase in the text score in the Quartz graphic test.
I mention those because Apple specifically states that there are updated video drivers in 10.3.7. I have the original GeForce2 MX card in my system.

The GF2MX is a bit old to notice the changes I think this patch is bringing. Based on the World of Warcraft Devs, there are updats to OS X and the video drivers coming out with the next few updates to expose the pixel and vertex shader functionality present in newer video cards. Appearently they haven't been reliably / consistantly usable up till now, hence the much slower perf of WoW on Mac in comparison to PC systems. (People with low end P3's and GeForce 4's have been blowing the doors off dual 2.5 G5's with 6800 Ultras.)
I'll poke around and see if I can confirm.
