You can use Keynote $99.00. You can also look at Open Office.
However if you can afford it Office on Mac is good and you get the best of both worlds a good stable OS and leading Office Suite.
IMHO.
Which was why I switched to Mac OS X, from Linux and FreeBSD for desktop. It combined very nice UI, strong Unix operating systems and the ability to run leading Office application natively (no clones or running emulators). The only thing you cannot run is Access and i look at that as benefit :)
