As I said, I'm not sure. I may be thinking of a Firewire port; I'm relatively certain that there's one or the other on the Yosemite MB. If there is one it'll be marked as such. Look for an unused four or six-pin connector on it somewhere. Apples KB may have something about it.

There is one on the Yosemite MB Bruce, it is located on a straight line between the ADB and USB external ports and near the end of the memory slots. It is marked USB port 0 and there are five holes to connect pins to if you count the one in the middle. Of course one would need to know the pinout to use the port successfully.
