Len, That is indeed a kernal Panic. The OS hit a fault in the CPU code
and locked.

From the reports I have heard about what a Kernel Panic looks like, I
do not think this is one, but PLEASE correct me if I am wrong.
Kernel Panic--archive and reinstall should fix
System Failure real problems I think.
