I have noticed during the last few weeks a phenomena that seems to be
increasing frequency. Sometimes when I download an application (not a
particular type or kind) It downloads fine and everything seems normal.
I expand the sit file and still everything seems fine. But when I
double click the application it flashes a partial icon on my lower
control bar and then goes away. I can't get the application to run.
The first time this happened I blamed it on "bad programing". But it
seems to be more and more common. My first thought was this is due to
some sort of permissions issue but I don't think that is the case.
Have any other people experienced this?
If you have, how did you fix it?
