Not positive, but I'm reasonably certain stuff like different language 
tracks, subtitles, etc. Compare the spec sheets, they're both on 
Apple's site.

One big thing is variable compression rates for different sections of the 
video. 
You can burn disks longer than the 1.5 hour limit in iDVD.  

I ought to look in to it myself!
